The offer ladder

Start free. Prove value. Then build.

IDR-A sits beneath your existing IDR workflow. Before anything is filed, it helps your named reviewer assemble permitted-factor evidence, control deadlines and batching, trace each extracted fact to its source, and preserve a source-hashed record.

Step 1 · Free

The IDR Scorecard

One page built from your group's public CMS history: disputes decided, winning offers as a share of QPA, default decisions split by who defaulted, batching exposure, time to decision, and who files for you today. Reviewed by hand, delivered within 2 business days.

Step 2 · Platform

The dispute evidence platform

Run 42 batch disputes through the evidence layer: permitted-factor evidence assembly, deadline and batching controls, source traceability for every extracted fact, and a reproducible, source-hashed record your reviewer signs off on.

Step 3 · From $15,000

In-House Readiness Build

Fixed fee, 8 to 12 weeks. One in-house arbitration team, real redacted cases, shadow mode, no integration. We build the readiness layer with your team, then hand it over.

What changes

After IDR-A

  • One consistent evidence structure across every reviewer
  • Gaps surfaced before the packet moves, not after
  • Every factor traceable to its exact source text
  • Deadlines and batching checked before filing
  • A reproducible record with reviewer signoff
Who it fits

Best-fit teams

  • VP or Director of Revenue Cycle
  • Director of IDR or complex claims
  • Operations leaders at provider-side RCM firms
  • Emergency medicine, radiology, or anesthesiology groups filing at volume

Boundaries

What IDR-A is

  • A pre-filing readiness and evidence-integrity layer
  • Permitted-factor evidence assembled with source spans
  • Deadline and batching controls before anything files
  • A source-hashed audit trail your reviewer can reproduce
  • Reviewer-led: your team keeps every decision

What it never is

  • It does not file disputes on your behalf
  • It does not decide eligibility or calculate QPA
  • It does not recommend offers or predict outcomes
  • It does not replace your reviewer or your vendor
  • It does not provide legal advice
  • It never promises win rates or dollars recovered

Questions

Before you start

Is IDR-A a filing service?

No. It is a pre-filing readiness layer. Your team or your current vendor keeps running the workflow and the filing. IDR-A standardizes what supports each factor, flags gaps before the packet moves forward, and preserves a reproducible record for the named reviewer.

Does it replace our reviewer or our IDR vendor?

No. The reviewer makes every decision, and your vendor keeps its role. IDR-A works beneath both: consistent evidence structure, deadline and batching checks, and source traceability, with judgment staying exactly where it is today.

Do you guarantee win rates or outcomes?

Never. Outcomes depend on the facts, the parties, the record, and the certified IDR entity. What we promise is process integrity: your reviewer sees every gap before the packet moves and can trace every factor to its source.

We already have an IDR vendor. Is IDR-A still useful?

Yes, in most cases. IDR-A does not compete with filers or workflow platforms. It is the evidence layer underneath them. If your vendor's packets already survive reviewer scrutiny with full traceability, you may not need us, and we will tell you that.

What do you need from us for the Scorecard?

Nothing. The Scorecard is built from your group's public CMS history: disputes decided, QPA-relative winning offers, default splits, batching exposure, time to decision. We review the match by hand and deliver it within 2 business days.

Who is IDR-A for?

Provider-side teams that already know how to run federal IDR and file at meaningful volume: emergency medicine, radiology, and anesthesiology groups, and operations leaders at provider-side RCM firms. If you are payer-side, or you want someone else to do the filing, we are not your answer, and we will point you toward who is.
