- Map. Your environment inventoried against all 110 NIST 800-171 controls.
- Assess. An honest, evidenced self-assessment. Planned is not implemented.
- Prioritize. Gaps sequenced by point weight and audit risk, targeting the 88-point conditional gate.
- Sustain. A plan your team runs Monday morning: owners, evidence requirements, re-assessment triggers.

Before you book
Is the Sprint a certification?
No. It is a readiness engagement. You leave with a real score, a real plan, and evidence an auditor can follow. Nobody can sell you a CMMC certificate in a day, and you should distrust anyone who tries.
We already have an SSP. Is the Sprint still useful?
If your SSP would survive a DCMA auditor comparing it to your SPRS score, no. Most would not. The Sprint finds the gap between the paper and the truth before the government does.
Who is the Sprint for?
Defense contractors and subcontractors who hold or want DoD work and touch controlled unclassified information, or plan to. If you have no federal nexus, start with our free tools instead.
Where does the Sprint happen?
At your site, at our training facility in Augusta, Georgia, or remote. One day, your whole relevant team in the room.
